Daizsha Llopis
With 15 years of coaching experience, Daizsha Llopis brings expertise in gymnastics, cheer, and group fitness. She’s spent 6 years coaching gymnastics (from preschool to Junior Olympic levels) and 9 years in group fitness, including roles as a Gymnastics Coach, Orangetheory Coach, KaiaFit Coach, and Personal Trainer.
A proud mom, Daizsha’s approach blends strength, resilience, and a focus on movement quality over aesthetics. She believes fitness is about longevity—helping clients build strong, capable bodies for life through functional training and healthy habits.
Her greatest joy as a coach is watching clients grow in confidence, exceed their own expectations, and discover their true potential. Outside the gym, she enjoys Pilates, Yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, outdoor activities, and yes—even cleaning.
Guided by Kobe Bryant’s words, “May you always remember to enjoy the road, especially when it’s a hard one,” Daizsha inspires and empowers clients to move well, feel strong, and thrive.

Tanner Donaldson

Tanner believes “you can’t cheat the weight room—you get out what you put in,” focusing on hard work and consistency. He loves seeing athletes grow on and off the field and shares lessons from his own mentors to help them reach their potential.
When he’s not coaching, Tanner enjoys golf, the gym, and walking his dog. He lives by Nick Saban’s words: “Be where your feet are.”
